This blog is a result of much research and popular demand. My Quora readers and followers wanted a platform where they can find high quality consolidated content on the topic of self help. 

Many academicians have tried to address this topic but questions still remain. There are not many useful resources to find all round self help information.

This blog is a culmination of that consolidation.

Wikipedia defines self as:


Self-help or self-improvement is a self-guided improvement[1]—economically, intellectually, or emotionally—often with a substantial psychological basis. Many different self-help group programs exist, each with its own focus, techniques, associated beliefs, proponents and in some cases, leaders. Concepts and terms originating in self-help culture and Twelve-Step culture, such as recoverydysfunctional families, and codependency have become firmly integrated in mainstream language.

I define Self-help as the systematic, habitual and consistent process to achieve optimum goal in all aspects of life including physical, mental and spiritual health and economical, intellectual and emotional success.

So my friend, let's begin a journey together. A journey full of life, adventure and experience. A journey full of knowledge and survival skills in the modern economy - popularly known as the knowledge economy.
